“we can not become what we want by remaining what we are.”
-Max de Pree
Change is scary, but we have to face it if we want to grow and step into the thing we really want to become. GothGloss Creative is born from this transition in my life—one that told me it was time to move forward, tap into different skill sets and start a new journey.
If you are familiar with the SN brand, you probably know that for the last 10 years I have been working as a makeup artist—the last seven of which I have been hustling in Phoenix, AZ. This critical and amazing time in my career has allowed me to work on sets, serve hundreds of bridal clients, become an eductor, and has taught me how to run my own successful business. These last 10 years will serve as a bedrock for what’s to come and because of that, I felt confident that I was ready to leave makeup artistry behind in April of this year.
That’s why I created GothGloss. Over the past few years, I have realized that I am most happy when I am sharing skincare, makeup tools, and looks that inspire me on social media. But not just that. I have transitioned my creative career by diving into brand artistry and photography. This is where I feel most myself and where I think my creative talents are able to shine brightest. Doing this also allows me to focus on non-toxic and green beauty brands, which I am passionate about and I am ready to capture stories and help guide companies to the brand identity they desire.
You can see my work as a full time agent for the Phoenix Makeup Collective in the agency portfolio, and I hope you’ll check out my work as a freelance photographer for some of the non-toxic green brands that I love.
Head to my agency, Phoenix Makeup Collective, website where myself and my business partner Bryanna Casey represent hair and makeup artists in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. We offer hair, makeup, photography, production, and representation to creatives in the beauty industry.
